Fall Guys Season 3 reveal showing new obstacles and outfits

According to Mediatonic, an enthusiastic community of Beans put together Operation #JigSawus. In less than 24 hours the full 300 piece puzzle of the season 3 reveal was assembled. Unlike with season 2, there is not going to be a ton of spoilers this time. The picture itself actually reveals quite a bit about the upcoming season, even if the actual start of Season 3 is unknown.

The 300 piece picture shows a handful of the new skins that will be available, including a snowman, penguin, narwhal, and possibly a Krampus style skin. The course displayed does not match any of the current ones in repetition and appears to be a downhill ice slide complete with snow obstacles that hinder speed. Slipping on Ice may be a feature for the new round and others.

There are also large round obstacles with snowflake patterns and holes for the players to vault through. They appear to have a center hole that can be maneuvered through, if properly timed with a jump and a bouncy prop. If Big Yeetus makes its return in the next season it will be in combination with the new snowflake obstacle. That obstacle may also be used throughout other rounds like Dizzy Heights, Jump Club, See Saw, and more.

Another noticeable addition for Season 3 is a mobile obstacle or prop in the form of little penguins. They may just be a feature of the new downhill ice slide round, but it could even show up in any round. Will the self-driven little guys create crazy physics insanity? Normally one little detail such as a cute NPC would not generate much interest, but Mediatonic does a good job of calling everyone’s attention to it in their Fall Guys Season 3 article.

The new season drops sometime in December, and the exact date may come on December 10th. That is when The Game Awards 2020 live event occurs, and Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is nominated for three awards including Best Indie. Check out the full list of nominees and vote on The Game Awards Nominee page. When the new season does finally come out the ice sliding physics will add a new level of hilarity and competition that I will most certainly fail at.
